Henley Athens 500 is a modern but well designed stove. This wood burning cassette stove is manufactured using a steel style construction. It’s modern design boasts excellent control over the burning of fuel. Control over fuel allows this stove to produce efficiency level of over 75%. The Henley Athens Stove has a large glass door. The fiery glow is viewable from any part of the room. This stove is suitable for heat ducting and it has an optional external air outlet. As with all of the Henley Stoves range. There is an Air Wash system. This helps to keep the glass clean. With specifically placed vents to draw in air, washing the glass door. Cast iron matt stoves are much cheaper to produce due to the casting technique. The Enamel finish takes longer to manufacture due to the properties of enamel! However, it is much easier to clean and keep an enamel stove.
