Stretching 54″ across it’s widest point, the mantelpiece is an excellent display area, adding more heart to your home. The Wexford surround is an excellent addition to the hearth of any home. Standing tall at 40″ it does not protrude into the living space.
As with all of our fireplace surrounds, the Wexford has a three week lead time. This handcarved fireplace is Hand Carved for the past 200 years. It is made in the very traditional Bertoneri Fireplace style, that is steeped in rich tradition. Carving, figuring and polishing a fireplace by hand is time consuming. Modern technology and tooling has helped but it remains the delicate movement of a Bertoneri artisan that can turn a block of marble or limestone into a stunning fireplace.
